A BIT ABOUT ME

My name is Jessica Stanley and I am a up and coming UK pet portrait artist.

I live and work in my studio in Redditch, Worcestershire.

My passion for drawing and painting began at a young age. I was always fascinated by the beauty of nature and animals, and loved seeing and capturing the world around me in my own way.

Animals in particular are my favourite subject to paint, ranging from domestic household pets to wildlife. I explored the idea of pet portraits in my spare time before I went to university in 2009. However, I taught myself different techniques and began to create my own style whilst studying art at GCSE and Alevel.

A pet portrait is a special and deeply personal gift that makes a lasting memory of a beloved companion. My passion is creating unique, detailed and affordable pet portraits that are as treasured as the special pets themselves. I adore animals and love to draw and paint cat portraits and dog portraits among many other wonderful pet portraits and wildlife.

I hope that you enjoy viewing my artwork and please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or would like a commissioned pet portrait!
